"I tried this because my hairstylist was out of the brand I usually use. My hair curls very nicely with it but this Deva product left my hair just hanging with very little defined curl. AND the price was about the same."

"I put a small dab on my finger and couldn’t wash the smell away after repeated attempts at the sink. Finally had to take a shower and scrub my finer with a nail brush! I assume it’s great for curls, but extreme perfume made it unusable."

"I got a few of the sample sizes with past purchases. This stuff is very very thick but what I do is use the gel then scoop out about a pea size amount of this stuff and spread it across my fingers and work it through the areas that get most frizzy. It helps increase volume on the top and keep the curls defined throughout the day. I concentrate most of it on the sides and back though. Just a tiny bit does the trick."
